Area – Dublin is the ideal location for the successful candidate, the role will include the Leinster region and surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading our BD team by driving in-store services and ensuring alignment with our client’s commercial strategy
• Coaching and mentoring the field team members to achieve and exceed targets
• Implement strategies and ensure excellence in execution
• Foster a high-performing culture and ensure team meets distribution and promotional goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field management, preferably in FMCG industry
• Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing teams
• Full, clean driving license
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

• From €45K DOE
