Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the strategic development and transformation of our Kilkenny site. This is a leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and delivering the long-term evolution of our warehousing and transport operations.
Working closely with commercial and operational teams, you will design scalable solutions, optimise site capacity and processes, and help shape the site into a high-performing logistics hub. You will lead change initiatives, champion continuous improvement, and ensure the site is positioned to support future growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead site transformation projects, including warehouse, transport and process optimisation.
- Develop and implement scalable operational solutions that support business growth.
- Partner with commercial teams to support new business opportunities and customer solutions.
- Drive efficiency, profitability and service excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance, safety and quality standards are embedded through robust systems and processes.
- Lead, coach and develop management teams while fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
About You
- Proven leadership experience within logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain operations.
- Strong track record of driving operational improvement and leading change.
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance service, cost and growth objectives.
- Skilled in process optimisation, performance management and strategic planning.
- Transport Manager CPC or equivalent industry qualification is desirable.
