Stock Control / Inventory Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Stock Control professional to manage customer inventory and ensure accurate, timely stock movements across our operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and monitor daily stock movements
- Maintain accurate inventory balances for customer stock
- Liaise closely with warehouse and planning teams to coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of products
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inventory matters
- Provide regular customer reports and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and coordinate inventory movements to meet customer requirements
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and strict adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems and operations
- Process batch corrections and manage change requests as required
- Maintain clear documentation and provide evidence of all corrections
About You
- Proven experience in a Stock Control or inventory-based role
- Strong customer service background with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail with strong numeracy and accuracy
- Confident communicator with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Solid computer skills, ideally with Microsoft Office products

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Team located in Aerodrome Business Park, Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
The Role:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including allocate work assignments to warehouse operatives to ensure that work schedule is completed on time and that priority issue are given precedence.
