We recognise that effective Project Management is critical for the survival of our organisation and is a key enabler in supporting everything that we do. Prince2 has been adopted as the standard PM Methodology in our organisation and we also have expertise in a number of other Methodologies including PMP and Agile which gives us added flexibility in how we can jointly deliver for our customers.
