Michael is Executive Chairman of PRL. He is a proven leader, with experience of successfully managing and engaging a broad and diverse range of stakeholder groups, alongside excellent communication and commercial skills. Michael is adept at developing, managing and sustaining effective working relationships with customers and network contacts.
Married, with four daughters, Michael is a fitness fanatic and keen golfer. He is passionate about family, friends, Leinster and Irish Rugby along with Kilkenny hurling.
Jack O’RiordanChief Executive Officer and Shareholder
Jack is Chief Executive Officer of PRL. He leads the identification and execution of the strategic imperatives and deliverables across the business. This is underpinned by his proven experience of unlocking value, through insight, strategy and activation of business objectives. Jack also leads, manages and develops the executive management team in PRL.
Jack is married to Mary and has a son. He is a keen cyclist and golfer, with a passion for family, friends and Munster and Irish Rugby.
Michael FinlayManaging Director In-Market/Integrated Services
Michael is responsible for all commercial activities at PRL, including group sales, the brand plan and strategic development programme, and the advertising and promotions programme. A business graduate of University College Galway, Michael has more than 25 years experience in general management and sales director roles within the FMCG sector. With a proven track record of delivering results through leveraging growth opportunities, Michael creates winning strategic propositions and builds high-performing teams. In his spare time, Michael is a keen rugby supporter and enjoys cycling and keeping fit.
Jim CussenChief Information Officer
Jim is responsible for IT strategy, service delivery and project delivery at PRL. Previously Head of IT with Dairygold, Jim has also held senior IT and project management roles with Kerry Foods and Arval, a BNP Paribas company. Jim is a graduate in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick, and also has an MSc in Project Management. Jim resides in County Limerick with his family and enjoys hillwalking and the traditional arts.
