Area: Dubin and North Dublin

Our client is a very well known, multinational consumer goods company with category leading brands in Pet Care, Snacking, Food and Nutrition.

HOURS: We operate during general business hours, i.e. Monday – Friday 9-6pm

Purpose Statement:

·To be a Brand Ambassador for one of the world’s biggest consumer goods companies

·To create and develop relationships in stores with the aim of growing sales within them through a mix of direct selling, business development, data collection & analysis and merchandising.

·To be able to effectively work as part of a team. Willing to support colleagues, as well as learn from them, to achieve a common goal.

Role & responsibilities will include:

·Working within the multiples as well as the convenience channel.

·Developing a good knowledge of all the Brands & Products in portfolio across multiple categories

·Enhancing the path to purchase through – POS placement, Product training, Merchandising, SEL’s placement/ correction, Distribution and Space

·Management of journey plan against call completion targets

·Work with in-store contacts to pre-sell and execute trade activity (current & future) in stores

·Capturing & Reporting in-store data (Promotional compliance, distribution data, incremental displays, etc.)

Essential qualifications / knowledge / experience:

·A motivated problem solver with a can-do attitude that displays good social intelligence

·Understands the importance of Merchandising, Category Planning and planograms

·Merchandising and product availability experience in the FMCG sector is not required but would be a benefit

·An ability to build great working relationships with line managers, peers and customers

·Good interpersonal skills

·Excellent verbal, communication and personal organisational skills

·Ability to overcome objections and strong business acumen

·Strong technological acumen (Ability to work with tablets/phones)

·Full clean driving license required!

Package:

·Salary: €30,000.00 per Annum

·Bonus: 10% on Target & KPI’s

·Lunch allowance €10 per day

Fixed-term Finance Accountant in Dublin

Fixed Term Contract | Monday – Friday 

 

We are currently seeking a Finance Accountant to join our finance team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting key financial reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with month-end accounting and reporting processes, including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and coordinating input from operational departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Managing the monthly close process to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
  • Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations across all accounts.
  • Preparing and analysing key P&L reconciliations, including revenues, cost of sales, margins, labour and payroll.
  • Managing intercompany reconciliations and balances.
  • Supporting Fixed Asset and CAPEX management.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of financial reporting processes.
  • Developing strong relationships with operational teams to provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Assisting with tax filings and statutory returns, including VAT, PAYE/PRSI, VIES, Intrastat, and 46G.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements for audit and assisting with corporation tax returns.
  • Assisting with statutory reporting, including CSO returns.
  • Supporting debtor and creditor management, cash collection, and payments.
  • Assisting with cash management and cash forecasting.
  • Participating in financial projects and process improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Maintaining and improving process documentation.
  • Completing BIF assignments and reconciliations.
  • Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with account queries where required.
  • Preparing weekly KPI reports for Commercial and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Accounting Technician qualification or be a part-qualified accountant.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Strong analytical, data analysis and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and proactive approach with a willingness to support change and process improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

Stock Controller – Dublin

Stock Control / Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Stock Control professional to manage customer inventory and ensure accurate, timely stock movements across our operations.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Oversee and monitor daily stock movements
  • Maintain accurate inventory balances for customer stock
  • Liaise closely with warehouse and planning teams to coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of products
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inventory matters
  • Provide regular customer reports and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and coordinate inventory movements to meet customer requirements
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and strict adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems and operations
  • Process batch corrections and manage change requests as required
  • Maintain clear documentation and provide evidence of all corrections

About You

  • Proven experience in a Stock Control or inventory-based role
  • Strong customer service background with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail with strong numeracy and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • SAP experience is highly desirable
  • Solid computer skills, ideally with Microsoft Office products
